Pinpoint communicates with Members and Students through newsletters, Course Email Alerts and Community Groups posts in the Pinpoint Social Network.
Depending on your opt-in setting, you may receive a specific type of notification whenever Pinpoint shares an update or information that is relevant to you. Some may be considered urgent.
Notifications help you stay on top of updates, changes, alerts, and other important news regarding your classes, and let you know whenever there’s a reply to any of your questions or comments.
Notifications are system-generated alerts that provide you with important credentials, information or require immediate attention. There are different notification types sent out by Pinpoint.
These are the necessary and timely notifications about your current enrollments, such as access codes, updates/changes to courses, times/location of classes, or special content that gets unlocked as you progress through some of your courses. Course Email Alerts are sent from the following Pinpoint Education domain **usernames:

Pinpoint transactions, billing, and receipts are securely managed through ThriveCart via Stripe, an encrypted payment processor. Your receipts and payment notifications are sent via ThriveCart from Pinpoint Education < [email protected] >
Do NOT reply to ThriveCart notification emails, and instead direct queries here. It is not possible to unsubscribe from payment notification emails. These are your purchase records.
Other individual or group email communications and general newsletters are sent directly from the Pinpoint @pinpointeducation.com domain name.
Emails from the Pinpoint domain may occasionally contain system-generated notifications.
You may manage these emails from the link in the signature, however please be aware there are giveaways and opportunities for Members which are found only found the in newsletter.
